Neck holders are designed to fit around many different sizes of tasting glasses.  It allows users to hang their tasting glass around their neck and keep hands free while perusing a wine festival.  

 

The "pac man" shape is designed to wrap around a wine glass.  It is fully lined, and features interior interfacing, strong velcro closure, and a heavy duty “tubing” neck strap.
